Once the decision to proceed with surgery has been made, your doctor will direct you to the Surgery Scheduler.  She will work with you to coordinate the specific timing, pre-operative lab work, and pre-certification that will be required.  She will also review your insurance eligibility and benefits and inform you of your financial liability for the procedure.  If you are responsible for co-payments and/or deductibles, as verified by your insurance company, you will be responsible for payment of that amount prior to your surgery.  Your Surgery Scheduler will give you her direct contact phone number at the time of your meeting.  Please feel free to call her with any questions prior to your surgery.
